Are your workouts supporting your life and movement outside of the gym? ✨⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Here’s how I use the deadlifts I’ve been working on at the gym to support the movement I do outside of the gym….hauling around stuff at art shows.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you feel confused on what to do in the gym or during your movement practice, start thinking about what you do in your life OUTSIDE of the gym or your workouts. It is a great place to find inspiration for you workout routine⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ #bodypositive #bodyneutrality #InclusiveFitness #IntentionalMovement #joyfulmovement

Shifting this narrative is crucial for these reasons 👇 Viewing differences as diverse art promotes: -an inclusive & vibrant environment -self esteem & confidence -empathy towards others’ experiences -challenging stereotypes & prejudices -creativity & innovation Redefining beauty starts with changing our perspective on differences. It’s time to see them as strengths, not shortcomings. Share your unique difference below in the comments👇 I have a Port Wine Stain birthmark. @thiagogfelix @oisoulcirce @malletnath @euotheo @adocebel @barbaramontenegroamorim @brunaakury @fernandathurann @camila_susin @manueladuarte @matildern @gregory_young @gabriellenovello @r.a.n.u.f #art #workshop #acting #actingprocess #lucidbody #actress #viral #body #bodypositive
