How to Build This Book Shelf 💪⬇️
Using 18mm Birch ply for the shelves
I cut up all the parts needed with Dewalt Plunge saw for clean And precise cuts
With the Jig I made in previous video I cut out the grooves using the the 1/2” Router
the shelves slide in nicely for increased strength with no fixings on show
On the Other joints I used Biscuits to align and strengthen the joint
Using the orbital Sander to get the edges all smooth ready to take the 2 coats of Oil
Then you have some very strong shelves ready to be loaded up with Books.

These DIY bookshelves were so easy to make and have been a great way to display the boys books.
Materials & tools:
Scrap 3/4” sande plywood
Table saw
120 grit sand paper (220 also if you want it extra smooth)
Wood glue
Nail gun
Stud finder
Level
2.5” wood screws (2)
Drill
Cut list:
1.5” x 36” x 3/4”
3” x 36” x 3/4”
3.5” x 36” x 3/4”
