It’s true…
There was a time, not really that long ago, when I didn’t understand what a mastermind was.
What made it different?

Das Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG) schützt dich als Arbeitnehmer vor Diskriminierung, was in Bossing-Fällen relevant sein kann. Bei systematischer Schikane kann es auch als Verstoß gegen arbeitsvertragliche Fürsorgepflichten gewertet werden.
Bossing ist nichts, was du einfach akzeptieren solltest. Suche dir Unterstützung bei deiner Personalabteilung, dem Betriebs-/Personalrat oder nehme eine externe rechtliche Beratung in Anspruch.
