🥞🔥 Dahua Jianbing (大华煎饼) 🇨🇳 One of Beijing’s most famous jianbing spots, and there’s almost always a steady line of locals 👀✨ It was a rainy day when I went (u can hear the rain drops in the background) I got the “Super” jianbing for ¥24, loaded with over 5 ingredients, totally worth it 🤤 It was super crispy on the outside and soft inside, with the perfect balance of egg, bacon, 🥓 scallions etc., and that rich, savoury sauce.
