Six years ago, I moved into this little attic thinking it would simply be my home. Four years ago, I started Lancer. And slowly, over those four years, every corner became part of it. Somewhere along the way, it became my studio, my office, my warehouse, and my little corner of the world where I built Lancer. It wasn’t always easy, but I never really saw it as a sacrifice. I was tired, but I was happy. And now, Lancer has outgrown this little home. Five years ago, I had the audacity to take an idea, trust my gut and actually follow it through. And somehow, that tiny idea became this. 🥹 But today isn’t really about our brand story. You guys have heard that one a million times. It’s about you. The person who backed us from day one. The person who told their friend about us. The person who loved the design enough to make it part of their everyday routine. The person who opened a Contour Cube on their birthday. The bride who used it the morning of her wedding. The person who sent us a message saying something we created made them feel more confident. The person who believed in us before we fully believed in ourselves. When you start a business, you think you’re creating a product. Then one day you realise you’ve created thousands of tiny moments in people’s lives.
