Sometimes, the hardest truth in business is realizing that your product may not be the problem — you may simply be offering it to the wrong audience. Lately, I’ve felt deeply discouraged by people who did not respect my work, my time, or the sacrifices behind what I have built. For a moment, it made me question everything. I even thought about leaving Italy, abandoning what I had created and starting over somewhere else — even if that meant doing a completely different job. But then I reminded myself: I didn’t come this far just to walk away when it was time to evolve. Sometimes, you don’t need to give up on your dream. You need to change your strategy, rethink your target audience and find the courage to take another risk. So this is the business advice I would give to anyone creating a product or service: pause, observe and be honest with yourself. Ask what needs to change — and then be brave enough to change it. Not every setback is telling you to stop. Some are simply pointing you in a new direction. And I’m choosing to follow it. #milan #buildingabusiness #selfgrowthjourney

My younger self be like 🥹👉🏼👈🏼 Five years ago I swapped my full-time job as a flight attendant to pursue entrepreneurship full time. I really didn’t know how it would work out, didn’t have a dialled in business plan, execution strategy, spread sheets, none of the things that you think are mandatory to succeed. I can however confirm that those things would’ve been super helpful 😂 My point is, you don’t have to know it all or have everything “together” to just simply try. You can do all the market research and prep you want but when it comes down to it, making the jump and pulling the trigger to execute is most important 👏🏼 Younger me felt I needed another course, class, book, or degree….. but fkn did it anyways. I don’t want it ending here!👇 A few weeks ago, I was just sharing our life, our struggles, and sleep tips for tired parents, all while trying to figure out how to make things work for our family. Then thousands of strangers showed up for us in a way I genuinely never expected. 🤯 (Go check out my last few reels if you’re not sure what I’m talking about 😳) And now I keep thinking… what do I do with that?? Because I don’t want this to just be this crazy thing that happened to us once. I want to take the breathing room people gave us and build something sustainable with it. 🙏🏼 More financial breathing room. More time with my kids. More space to actually enjoy this season instead of constantly trying to keep up with it. Really, I think we’re all chasing some version of the same thing: A good nights sleep, wake up happy, have a good day 💕 Aka - Restful nights. Happy days. Rinse & repeat! That’s always been the goal behind my sleep business — and I’m realizing it’s kind of the goal behind everything I’m trying to build now, too. I have no idea exactly where this is going. 😂 But I’m going to continue building things. Trying things. Share what works. Share what completely flops. And let you see what happens along the way.
