Spent a ton of time dialing in my settings on the Conspit ARES Platinum to get it feeling as close to the real car as possible.
This video breaks down exactly how I built my setup, what I changed, and why these settings work so well for me both in sim racing and real-world driver training.
You can now switch to and apply my setup directly in the Pro Drivers preset section with one click.
One important thing to note:For safety reasons, all Pro Driver presets are set to 10Nm by default. If you want the full intended experience of my setup, make sure to manually increase the wheel base output to 20Nm.

I don’t throw around the word “value” lightly in sim racing.
After running everything from entry level wheels to full race car grade hardware, this one genuinely surprised me.
The Conspit 300GT nails three things that actually matter.
First, the grip shape.
This is hands down the most comfortable steering wheel I’ve ever held, sim or real life. Long stints, high force feedback, no hot spots. It just disappears in your hands.
Second, the build quality.
Mostly metal and carbon fiber, zero toy vibes, solid buttons, and a rigidity that feels like it belongs on hardware that costs way more.
The only real downside is the grip material itself.
Bare hands, it’s not my favorite.
But once I ran it with Moradness Aura Pro gloves, it was a complete non issue. Comfort, control, and consistency were all there even on long sessions.
And finally, the price.
Around $400 for something that feels this good is kind of wild in today’s market.
You don’t need to spend race car money to get a race car feel.
Sometimes the smart pick really is the best pick.

El realismo empieza donde la simulación deja de ser visual y se vuelve física. El sistema de movimiento Qubic System QS-220 lleva la experiencia al límite con fuerzas de hasta 1.5G, replicando aceleraciones, frenadas y transferencias de peso como en un monoplaza real.
A esto se suma el sistema de correas con 20.5 kg (200 N) de fuerza por canal, que no solo te sujeta… te castiga como en pista. Cada frenada fuerte, cada cambio de dirección, lo sientes en el cuerpo.
Y al frente, el control absoluto:
