Using a CPAP Machine is easier said than done, I am struggling in figuring out the masks as the full mask feels better as it covers the mouth but you need to sleep straight all night in that mask, while in the nose only mask it works with you turning around at night but the mouth stays open so it feels dry in the throat when you wake up. So yes both have pros and cons and I am more convinced with the nose only mask as I can’t sleep straight and can’t fix that for sure. [snoring, kharante, CPAP machine, snore, sleep apnea]

There’s this very weird shame spiral I witness daily with people diagnosed with sleep apnea, as if it’s all their fault! PSA - it’s not! It’s OK and you’re NOT ALONE 🩵 There is ZERO shame in it and I would love for you to experience GOOD sleep, so you can get back to living. I will NEVER discourage using a CPAP if it’s working for you, but if it’s not- I’ll be here with tons of options and resources when you’re ready.
