As a Connecticut branding photographer, I don’t just photograph faces, I capture stories, faith walks, and the quiet strength it takes to do things scared.
Kerlyne stepped out on faith, moved her life to CT, and built community in ways she never imagined. That’s not just brave, that’s legacy work.
“If I could make one change…”
She said she’d give every woman a $50K grant at 25 to create independence and opportunity.
Yeah… she’s not just talking empowerment. She’s living it.

It’s been a spell since I’ve created these and I’m back with some crazy patterny BS for your feed. I have been super inspired by so many styling accounts I follow- particularly @astahearts - ♥️🩷
I love talking about styling and fashion and getting dressed each day and why I choose what I do and how that all works or sometimes maybe it doesn’t? Who know but what I do know is I am dressing for ME. Not only me but my 12 year old self. She was a cool kid with so many ideas and worked with what she had but man, if she could play with what I have now…!
Design is all around us- in shops, our homes, our fingernails are 10 tiny canvases, even! Inside our cars, what bag we choose how we organize that bag… There’s so many opportunities to incorporate design and what you love into literally everything!
What’s an item of clothing that you’ve been wanting to wear, but can’t figure out how to style it? Today for me started with the tie. And then I went all in on pattern and just loved the chaos of it all.

Just my incredibly brief 2 cent explanation to what I mean about my style personally when I use the word 'Documentary'.
Are we still going to pose awesome/fun/directed/epic styled photos? Well, of Course, you put on fancy clothes and spent a lot of money.
But for the vast majority of the day just let me melt into the background and you just do you. Nothing makes for better photos than when you aren't trying to make them.
