A reminder about our Call for Papers as part of CCAM's Ultra Space Symposium. Submit your ideas by this Friday! Also, registration for the symposium is now open — check the link in our Instagram bio. *** CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR PRINTED VOLUME Submission is free + open to everyone What can we learn from artist Shūsaku Arakawa and poet Madeline Gins about the body and space, on Earth and in the cosmos? What role(s) can embodiment play in understanding the world around us? What does it mean to perceive and engage with it using our full bodies? These ideas and questions have inspired Ultra Space, and with this Call for Proposals, we invite you to explore them further. You can propose a paper (such as an article, essay, or review) and/or a creative response (like a work of short fiction, a selection of photographs or visual materials, or poetry). Accepted authors/creators will present and discuss their work in person at CCAM as part of the Symposium, and final versions will be published in a printed volume.
