失敗しづらいチャーハンです☺️
炊飯器でも出来ます👌
炊飯器でやる時は水ちょい少なめがポイント💡
卵双子ちゃんだったから
良いことありそうな予感🤭
▫️材料
・米 1合
・水 180ml
・ウインナー 2本
・長ネギ 1/3
・卵 1個
・万能ネギ 適量
☆醤油 大さじ1
☆マヨネーズ 大さじ1
☆鶏がらスープ 小さじ1
☆ごま油 小さじ1
☆塩コショウ 適量
▫️作り方
①研いだお米に水を入れ30分浸水する。
② ①に☆入れ混ぜる。
③カットしたウインナーとネギを入れ
表面だけ軽く混ぜる。
④炊飯する。炊飯してる間に卵をといておく。
⑤炊飯し終えたら、蓋を開け卵を入れすぐに蓋を閉め
10分蒸らす。最後に万能ネギを散らしたら完成✨
