Engine teaser! I’m not ready to show the bug at the moment, it’s in a million pieces with people working their asses off… but here’s a little teaser of the 401 nailhead going in the bug! Full flake and candy fade, lots of polished aluminum and stainless with Hilborn injection. Looks a little like Lisa Frank is building this hot rod…. Gonna be killer, huge thanks to @cheater_slick_culture SlickCulture for the intake and engine, @speed.gems for the trans adapter, and @gennieshifter to change the gears! @revoltautopaint @rodandstyle #401nailhead #hotrod #metalflake #candypaint #revoltautopaint
Bringing this one back, because the final color result is entirely dependent upon how many coats (or pigment load) is on the car.
You can use the same pearl/candy & come out with hundreds of variations.

That candy paint is sitting deep! 🍬🌊
The way the light hits this Bentley is insane—you can practically see into the finish. Sitting high on 26s, this is how you execute a high-end custom build.
