If you’ve got an older truck, you know the drill.
Nothing fits right. The upgrades are overpriced. And those sketchy CarPlay units? Laggy, glitchy, not worth the headache 🤦♂️
I gave up trying to force it.
Then I found this mount.
No install. No tearing apart the dash. Just locked my phone in and went.
Before, I was constantly adjusting my phone, dealing with bad angles, shaky screens, and distractions every drive 😤
Now it sits perfectly in place. Solid. No movement. Maps right where I need them.
It honestly feels… done. Like my setup finally makes sense.
Driving’s calmer. Cleaner. I don’t even think about upgrading anymore 🚗
If you’ve been stuck trying to make CarPlay work in an older truck, this might be the simpler fix you didn’t expect 👀
I left it where I found it if you want to check it out.

Driving = charging.
Parked = powered.
That’s the system. ⚡🚐
Pair the SOLIX Alternator Charger with multiple SOLIX units and you’re pulling up to 800W of charge straight from your vehicle’s alternator — up to 8× faster than a standard car port while you travel.
Add in the C1000 Gen 2’s ~1,024Wh capacity, 2,000W output, fast recharge, and multi-port power and suddenly your setup runs wherever the road takes you.
Road trips. Off-grid rigs. Camera gear. Campsites.
One drive and the battery’s ready for whatever’s next.
Endless routes. Endless power.

A track bar, located underneath the rear of the car, controls the left-to-right offset of the rear axle. The adjuster used to be a key factor in handling performance (it is no longer used in the Cup Series). Our fabricators installed a track bar adjuster on Bobby Labonte's 2000 NASCAR Championship restoration car. We show you the carbon fiber tube installation process.
