🙏 The Lord’s Prayer | The Prayer Jesus Taught Us | Our Father in Heaven The Lord’s Prayer is the beautiful prayer Jesus taught His disciples, guiding us to honour God, seek His Kingdom, trust Him for our daily needs, ask for forgiveness, forgive others, and seek His protection. 📖 Bible Verse: “Pray then like this: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.” — Matthew 6:9 🙏 Prayer: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. 🙏❤️ May the Lord fill your heart and home with His peace, protection, forgiveness, and love. May we always remember the words Jesus taught us and pray with faith. Golden Arrow prayer is a Catholic prayer of reparation revealed to Sister Mary of St. Peter in 1843, designed to atone for blasphemy and especially the profanation of Sundays. It acts as a spiritual "balm" to heal the wounds inflicted on the heart of Jesus by sinful, irreverent acts. The prayer + May the most holy, most sacred, most adorable, most incomprehensible and ineffable Name of God be forever praised, blessed, loved, adored and glorified in Heaven, on Earth, and under the Earth by all the creatures of God and by the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Amen.
The Litany of Light is a Catholic prayer asking Jesus Christ, the Light of the World, to illuminate darkness and bring His divine mercy to those in need. Through this litany, we seek the graces of spiritual clarity, healing, inner peace, strength, and renewed hope for those suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, violence, and despair. Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the saints, we ask Christ to replace darkness with His light, hatred with love, and suffering with mercy. #jesus #prayer #faith #peace #divinemercy

If you’re feeling hopeless or desperate, this novena is probably for you. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Can you really pray to God for anything? Jesus tells us, “Ask, and you shall receive.” Catholics can bring every genuine need, fear, desire, and struggle to God. But prayer is not magic, and God will never help us accomplish something sinful or evil. Jesus gives us the perfect model in the Garden of Gethsemane. Facing His Passion, He asked that the cup might pass from Him—but surrendered completely to the Father: “Not as I will, but as You will.” That should be the spirit behind every Catholic prayer. Ask for healing. Ask for work. Pray for your marriage and children. Ask for help with your responsibilities. But prayer doesn't replace action. God gave us intelligence, freedom, and talents and expects us to use them. Bring everything to God. Ask boldly. Then trust Him enough to say: Thy will be done. ~ Why You should never rush out after Mass is over ~ After Mass, you should take a moment for silent prayer and thanksgiving, reflecting on the grace you’ve received in the Eucharist. You have just received Jesus Christ, body, blood, soul and divinity. Ideas to help you deepen your connection with Jesus after Mass: 1. **Silent Thanksgiving**: Kneel or sit quietly in the pew, offering gratitude to God for the gift of the Eucharist. Reflect on how Christ is truly present in you. 2. **Reflection on Scriptures**: Revisit the day’s readings or homily. Consider what God is speaking to you through these words and how it applies to your life. 4. **Act of Spiritual Communion**: If you haven’t received Communion, or even if you have, make an Act of Spiritual Communion to deepen the sense of uniting with Christ. 5. **Meditation**: Spend a few minutes meditating on a mystery of the Rosary or a particular attribute of God, like His mercy or love. Traditional prayers often prayed after Mass include: 1. **The Prayer of Thanksgiving**: Expresses gratitude for the blessings received through the Eucharist. 2. **The Anima Christi**: A prayer asking Jesus for spiritual closeness and protection. 4. **St. Michael the Archangel Prayer**: Asks for protection against evil. 5. **The Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet**: Although not exclusively post-Mass prayers, they are popular devotions prayed after Mass. 6. **A Marian Hymn**: Such as the “Salve Regina” or “Regina Coeli”. My family always prays the Anima Christi after receiving Communion. We Aldo always pray the St. Michael prayer after Mass. Novena to Saint Joseph with Sister Dede Byrne - Day 2 O blessed Saint Joseph, tenderhearted father, faithful guardian of Jesus, chaste spouse of the Mother of God, we pray and beseech you to offer to God the Father, His divine son, bathed in blood on the Cross for sinners, and through the thrice holy name of Jesus obtain for us of the eternal Father the favor for which we implore your intercession. Amid the splendors of eternity, forget not the sorrows of those who pray, those who weep; stay the almighty arm which smites us, that by your prayers and those of your most holy spouse, the Heart of Jesus may be moved to pity and to pardon. Amen. Register for the Catholic Prayer for America Gala: https://cforc.com/prayer

What is the Divine Mercy Chaplet? ❤️‍🔥 The Divine Mercy Chaplet is a Catholic prayer centered entirely on trusting in the mercy of Jesus Christ. Jesus revealed the devotion to St. Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s, asking her to pray for mercy upon herself and the whole world. Using ordinary Rosary beads, we pray: “Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.” The Chaplet reminds us of something at the heart of the Gospel: our hope is not in our own perfection, but in the mercy Christ won for us through His Passion, Death, and Resurrection. That’s why we repeatedly pray: “For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.” The Chaplet is especially associated with 3:00 PM, the Hour of Great Mercy, recalling the hour of Christ’s death on the Cross. It isn’t a replacement for the Mass or the Sacraments. Rather, it draws our hearts deeper into the mystery they proclaim: Jesus gave Himself for sinners, and no repentant sinner is beyond the reach of His mercy. Jesus, I trust in You. ❤️ Follow for more Catholic content 🇻🇦 #catholic #catholicchurch #prayer
