Let’s meet the “kids” that @jdvance refused to condemn while on that racist podcast. Funny story, one of these “kids” is a chapter president of @turningpointusa. Not a big surprise there! #PoliticsUnfiltered #ExposeTheTruth #YoungRepublicans #AccountabilityMatters #LeakedChat

“If you would have told freshman me I would be chapter president someday, I would probably tell you that you’re crazy because me? Join a sorority? Never. Both of my parents were in Greek life, but I didn’t feel like I would fit into the stories they used to tell me about their experiences. Joining a sorority has been the BEST decision I could have made for myself during college. I’ve met so many amazing women — ones I can count on for anything, at any time. I’ve had countless opportunities to develop my leadership skills, receive support for my academics, find mentors, give back to my community, and form friendships that I know will last a lifetime. I’ve been empowered to #dreamboldlylivefully and set goals that push me to constantly improve and become the best possible version of myself. Pretty much all of my favorite memories from college involve at least one of my sorority sisters. Getting to experience Convention and connecting with Kappas, both collegiate and alumnae, will be something I will never forget because there is something so powerful about being in a room with hundreds of women who hold the same values as you. My mom always told me that I would find my place in college, and she was right. My place is with Kappa Kappa Gamma.” – Abbie H., SIUE #WentKappaWednesday #DreamBoldlyLiveFully #GoKappa #GoGreek

It was truly an honor to welcome my sisters of @nc100bwpa to @phlcouncil for our Annual Legislative Day! A heartfelt thank you to our Chapter President, Nyisha Chapman, for her exceptional leadership, and to my colleague @mr4thdistrict for introducing his resolution honoring and recognizing our organization during Women’s History Month. I am proud to stand among the 240 dynamic members across the Philadelphia area, a powerful network of educators, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, advocates, and community leaders. Today, 37 of these phenomenal women gathered at City Hall, united in purpose and committed to making a lasting impact.
Congratulations to the members of Omega Gamma Omega Chapter on the celebration of their 10th Chapter Anniversary, in conjunction with the Ivy League Foundation, Inc. It was truly a spirit-filled day, rich with sisterliness and scholarship. The celebration was especially meaningful for me, as it marked a full-circle moment—having had the honor of attending the chartering of Omega Gamma Omega ten years ago. Congratulations to Event Chairman, Shaunya Murrill, Chapter President, Ashley Chapman, and Foundation President, Nyeedra Edwards, for an outstanding and memorable celebration. May Omega Gamma Omega continue to thrive, uplift, and impact the community for years to come. #nvsserves #NVSConnects
I will never be a good leader is a fear that has always gnawed at me. For most of my career, I avoided leadership roles like the plague. I absolutely dreaded the failure I would inevitably encounter if I were to manage a team or communicate with others (beyond what was necessary). This was backed by bad experiences time and again. Whenever I tried, it felt like a struggle. I had promised myself that 2025 would be different. This year, I stepped out of my comfort zone and took on the role of chapter president in @bnienergizersdubai. After a bit of struggle in the first few meetings, the experience turned out so very pleasant that it actually surprised me. I actually did a decent job at it. Now I know that fear is a sign that you’re growing. Show up, learn as you go, and prove to yourself that you can. #crushyourfears #dubai #realestatedubai
