I wanted to make sure we had nearby amenities, good schools, the space and the peace and quiet.. BUT I did not want to sacrifice being too far from the big city and all it has to offer (bathhouses, Michelin rec restaurants and football games 😜) The most challenging part was just figuring out exactly which neighborhood or town we wanted to be in. It comes with a lot of research and the non-negotiable was making a three day trip out here.
