Maybe healing isn’t going back to who you were. Maybe it’s becoming who you were always meant to be. 🤍

Divorce didn’t change him. It gave me clarity.
When we separated after 30 years, I hoped that whatever had happened inside our marriage, we could at least end it with dignity, fairness and some respect for the life and family we had built together.
Instead, the separation revealed things I could no longer explain away.
Trying to bully me into accepting a financial agreement that would have left me financially devastated.
Pulling our daughters into an adult conflict and allowing them to become messengers, leverage and weapons in a battle they never should have been asked to participate in.
Showing remarkably little concern for the heartbreak involved in separating our dogs and losing the everyday companionship of animals who were family to me.
Filing for divorce on a date that carried enormous significance for me, despite knowing what that date meant and despite my specifically asking for time.
Then creating a timeline that made my birthday the deadline for my response.
And throughout the process, continuing the same patterns of pressure, manipulation, intimidation and control that I had spent years trying to understand, accommodate, forgive and somehow fix.
At first, every new act felt cruel.
Eventually, I realized it was also clarity.
Because when someone has an opportunity to end a 30-year marriage with compassion and instead repeatedly chooses actions designed to hurt, punish, control or destabilize you, you stop wondering whether you could have loved harder, tried harder, forgiven more or explained yourself better.
I had given that marriage everything I knew how to give.
The way he handled our separation didn’t make me regret leaving.
It confirmed why I had to.
And strangely, that became one of the greatest gifts of this entire experience.
I stopped looking backward.
I stopped trying to convince someone to treat me with care.
I stopped participating in the chaos.
I chose no contact wherever possible, strong boundaries, healing and peace.
Sometimes closure isn’t an apology.
Sometimes closure is finally seeing someone’s behavior clearly enough that you no longer question your decision to walk away.
That clarity set me free. 💜
Healing has taught me that moving on doesn’t mean becoming completely untouched by what happened. Some things can still cross your mind. Some memories can still make you feel something. Some chapters can still make you wonder how life would’ve looked if things were different.
The difference is…you no longer feel the need to reopen the door.
You can appreciate what something taught you, accept what it cost you and still choose the life you have now. You can be grateful for the growth without being grateful for the pain. You can remember without returning.
Maybe that’s what healing really is… not erasing the past, but finally being able to carry it without letting it lead you. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t walk away because you stopped caring. You walk away because you know you gave it every chance you could.
You tried. You stayed. You communicated. You fought for what mattered and kept showing up until you had nothing left to prove. Choosing to let go doesn’t mean you failed—it means you’re finally choosing your healing, emotional peace, and self-respect.
No regrets. No grudges. Just the quiet confidence of knowing you did your part with a genuine heart.
Sometimes closure is simply being able to say, “I tried, and now I’m ready to move forward.” 🤎

Japani uue pölvkonna futuristic trap ja melodic drill skeenel on RYONEX tousnud üheks köige
tahelepanuvaarsemaks nimeks.
Tema kire flow, tumedad elektroonilised produktsioonid ja tugevalt cyberpunk’ist
mojutatud visuaalne stil on aidanud tal lühikese ajaga koguda märkimisväärse
kuulajaskonna.
Aasia produtsentidega on
laiendanud tema mõju veelgi. Tema
kontsertidel kasutatakse sageli glitch-efekte, futuristlikke visuaale ja julisi bite, mis on muutunud oluliseks osaks artisti äratuntavast identiteedist.
aastat peetakse RYONEXi karjaaris oluliseks
pöördepunktiks. Praegu koguvad suurt
tähelepanu nii tema järgmise albumi
filmilikud teaserid kui ka ettevalmistused
suuremateks festivaliesinemisteks Tokyos ja
Soulis. Paljud fännid usuvad, et just see periood võib viia ta Aasia kaasaegse trap-
muusika kõige mõjukamate artistide hulka.

Some people will only ever know the version of you that was surviving.
The people meant for your future will meet the version of you that’s healing.
Keep walking forward. 🌊✨

Sometimes a new beginning doesn’t arrive the way you imagined it would.
Sometimes it comes after disappointment, exhaustion, tears, and having to find strength you didn’t even know you had.
Life has taught me that not everything we lose is meant to be chased, and not every ending is a failure. Some endings simply make room for the life we were meant to build next.
I may not have all the answers yet. I’m still putting pieces back together, still finding my footing, and still learning to trust where life is taking me. But one thing I do know: I’m moving forward. 🤍
I’m choosing peace over chaos, hope over fear, and gratitude for the people who have reminded me that I’m never truly alone.
There are still so many beautiful moments ahead of me. New memories to make, new places to see, new reasons to smile, and a whole new chapter waiting to be written.
So here’s to starting again—not from nothing, but from experience, wisdom, and a stronger heart. ✨
The road ahead may be unknown, but for the first time in a while, I’m looking forward to seeing where it leads. 🤍

Peace and growth have been such a big focus for me these last couple of years. 🤍🌱
I’ve been on my healing journey for about six years now, and one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that growth doesn’t always mean doing more, becoming more or constantly pushing yourself. Sometimes growth is choosing peace. ☮️
It’s not needing to explain yourself to everyone. It’s finding people who understand your heart and intentions without you constantly having to defend them. It’s having empathy and trying to understand where people are coming from, while also knowing when something or someone no longer belongs in your life. 💕
And I’ve learned that letting go doesn’t always have to come with anger, resentment or drama. Sometimes you simply let go. Say your peace if you feel like you need to. Wish them well. Release the need to make them understand your side. Stop carrying what was never yours to carry forever, and surrender it to God. 🤲🏽 Not every relationship needs to end badly for you to know it’s time to move forward.
Some people were meant for a certain season of your life, and I think there’s something really beautiful about being able to appreciate what that season gave you without needing to bring it into the next one. 🥹
For me, growth has become less reacting, less proving and less holding on… and more grace, empathy, boundaries, peace and trusting God with what comes next.
I’m still healing, still growing, and still learning... But I’m really proud of the peace I’ve created within myself. I can’t wait to see what doors God opens when I stop trying to control every outcome and simply trust where He’s leading me. 🤍

Growing up is realizing that protecting your peace changes your taste in people. And that's not losing people, it's finding yourself.
