Happy Christmas!!! AKA September 1st🙃 I know there’s a lot of living to do before Christmas Day but what we do between now and THE BEST DAY matters! Let’s kick it off with Christmas tree fluffing 101🙌🏻 If you have an artificial Christmas tree you must fluff your tree before you decorate it! If it’s a pre fluffed tree you best still have your hands near the heart of the tree - the inner branches need your love - I promise. 1 👋🏻Gloves ➡️ Scratches are not Christmasy! Protect your magic makers! 2 ⭐️ Start at the bottom and work from the inside out, heart to tip, branch by branch to make a ⭐️star⭐️ type of pattern so your ornaments can dance on the branch 💃🏻 We work on one full branch at a time. If you have bestie or begrudging elf - one branch per person at a time 😉 3 ⬆️ Fluff from the bottom up✨ 4 😍 Smile. It helps, I promise. Feeling extra festive - sing your favorite Christmas carol, pour your favorite Christmas cocktail but don’t you dare not fluff your tree 🫣😉😘 Stick around…. 12 Days of Christmas Trees Part 3 & 4 🎄🎄 Firstly… I forgot to fasten one of the light connectors in the second tree so that’s why there’s a gap. Just need to make that clear lol Christmas trees and planters 101: 1. A good rule of thumb when putting a tree in a planter is to make sure the bottom branches extend several inches past the rim. For smaller trees, you can usually just fill the planter with old blankets or sheets and create a small opening in the center for the tree pole to sit snugly. 2. For larger trees get a planter that has a wider diameter (definitely over 20 inches) 3. I’ve seen some people physically fit the tree stand in a wider-diameter planter but keep in mind that in order to do that, you would need to make sure the tree STAND width can fit inside the width of the planter.
