Choosing your partner is one of the most important decisions! Life’s always better when you have someone by your side who just gets you. Someone that picks you up, supports you and matches your energy.
Hope you’re still having fun cause life can sure be crazy!!! Keep at it and always remember I love you! ❤️
Since the day we met, before the relationship, before all the years of love we already spent hours training and talking and were already supporting each others goals before we knew all of this would blossom. ❤️ 4 years later we’re still always thriving for more. We both understand how we need to support each other day in and day out and this is why we’re UNSTOPPABLE. We’ve got something really exciting for you lover boys and girls. ❤️ Do you want to know what it is? (Reply to the poll below and you’ll be the first to know)
There’s something about building strength and then finding someone who meets you there. Not to compete. Not to outdo. But to expand what’s possible. I’ve spent years becoming strong in my own right - physically, mentally, in how I show up in life. And then there’s this. Standing inside someone else’s strength and realizing it doesn’t make you smaller, it makes you feel even more supported. This is what it looks like when strength isn’t just something you train. It’s something you share. Onward 🤍
What’s playing in my head vs what I’m actually doing 🎧 Olivia Dean — A Couple of Minutes Lately, R&B and soul has been hitting different. Life’s been intense. Rebuilding my life , working a day job to eventually be full time in online coaching/content business again, just showing up fully every damn day… it’s a lot. So I’ve been leaning into slower, more intentional moments. Even during my mobility work. Some days it’s weighted. Some days it’s advanced. Some days it’s just slow and gentle. Either way… I show up. You don’t need an hour. You don’t need perfect conditions. You just need a couple of minutes. 5 mins. 10 mins. 15 mins. Pick a time. Stay consistent. Listen to your body. Consistency over intensity—every time. - Real Talk with Mario ❤️‍🔥
This might be the best decision we’ve ever made. The moment we started working out together we started seeing BIG improvements. Not just physically (yes there as well) but also emotionally! Our relationship grew closer, we spent more quality time together but most importantly: we now had a shared passion that made for endless topics of conversation. 🤓 Tag your workout partner 🩷
From our college days until now, one thing that never changed is this — we still show up and work out together. Same sweat, same laughs, same little moments that built our story over the years. What started as a simple habit slowly became our way of staying connected, even during busy seasons of life. Funny thing is, research actually says couples who exercise together tend to feel more emotionally connected and intimate — and honestly, I believe it. It’s not just about fitness… it’s about growing, supporting, and choosing each other again and again. 💪❤️
If you’re not actively aiming to get better together, what’re you doing? 🤨 Your partner should be supporting you, pushing you and aiming to improve with you. I hear it all too often that women aren’t feeling supported at home or in their goals and I’m telling you, YOU DESERVE to put yourself first
He doesn’t question it, he champions it 🤍 There’s something so powerful about being with someone who doesn’t make you feel like you have to explain your discipline, your routines, or your goals. He doesn’t roll his eyes when I go train and he has NEVER once complained. He will ask how it went, but majority of the time he’s right there by my side 💪🏼😉 As a previous IFBB Bikini Olympian, I was always self conscious about being so extreme that I wouldn’t even date or let anyone close to me. I retired only months before meeting Christopher & he changed my world 🌏 He has never once made me feel like I am “too much” for caring about my health.. He supports it, encourages it, and cheers me on it. Not to mention, he will even offer to help me film without even asking! 🎥 🥹 Having your partner’s genuine support is truly a kind of love hits different. 💍 One thing I learned from the past is if he doesn’t support your goals, he shouldn’t be the goal. But, I’ve finally found the right one! 🥹 🙏🏼 Never lower your standards lady! Have faith that your person is out there! 💖 #goals #support #love #couples #fitness

I truly could NOT accomplish my goals without him. When I am weak, he is strong. When I doubt myself, he reminds me I am capable. When I am tired, he gives me strength. When I am stressed, he relieves my burdens. Having someone to be by your side and to loving push you to be better is the single most important factor in accomplishing goals together as a couple. Us pushing each other to grow is the strongest act of love. And I’m so grateful we have created a space to grow together in every aspect of life. Comment “TOGETHER” for details on our programming!
