A fight broke out near the Cornerstone Bar and Grill on Baltimore Ave in College Park, Maryland. Prince George’s County police officers stationed right across the street broke up the fight with the help of University of Maryland Police. All parties were eventually sent on their way to (possibly) call it a night.

Spring break -- but make it barn life 🐴💕 While most college students were catching up on sleep, some at the University of Maryland were up at 2 a.m. helping deliver the cutest surprise of the semester — a baby foal named Charm! ✨ Students in the equine program jumped into action, getting real hands-on experience as the newborn arrived at the campus farm. Make sure to download the Transit App for real-time step-by-step directions and travel updates! 1️⃣ Take the Shuttle-UM 104 route from campus to the College Park Metro Station. 2️⃣ Ride the WMATA MetroRail on the Green Line, in the direction of Branch Avenue, getting off at L’Enfant Plaza. 3️⃣ At L’Enfant Plaza, transfer to either the Orange Line (in the direction of Vienna), the Silver Line (in the direction of Ashburn) or the Blue Line (in the direction of Franconia-Springfield). 4️⃣ Ride the WMATA MetroRail until you get to the Smithsonian Metro Station. 5️⃣ Exit the station and walk (or use micromobility!) to get to the Tidal Basin. South of the Tidal Basin is the Hains Point Loop Trail, accessible via pedestrian ways, riding and driving. Enjoy the blossoms, Terps! 🌸🫶
