A California plumber contractor cannot legally perform electrical work unless they also hold a specific C-10 Electrical Contractor’s license or the work is minor and falls under the “incidental and supplemental” exception for a general building contractor. This is the most amount of conduit bending I have done on a job . The tool bends 1/2” to 1” EMT and 1/2” to 3/4” Rigid.
