Apps you NEED to be using as a designer👇🏼 Here are just a few apps that we find ourselves using within our everyday lives as designers running our own business! From the obvious ones like Illustrator, to ones that just come in super handy for little things throughout our process☺️ 1. Font Finder Very self explanatory, but this is an app we are literally using on a daily basis and it’s a life saver!! If you’re always finding designs and wondering what font is used, you NEED this app in your life 2. Adobe XD To be honest we don’t use this for the traditional purpose, it’s typically used when designing apps or websites but we find it’s the best when it comes to creating content whether it be reels, or carousels We’re always flicking between illustrator and XD as we find XD to be a lil more user friendly😋 3. Kittl Over the past few months we have been integrating @kittldesign within our process more and more…we use it for a variety of things but the most common is using their AI image tools. We’re ALWAYS using the image enhancer and their background remover tool because they’re SO incredible🤩 4. Coolors We use this for colour palettes and pairing inspiration! It’s a great tool especially when you have a few colours but want to expand your palette further, it gives gorgeous recommendations to elevate your palettes further! 5. Illustrator A STAPLE 💅🏼 I feel like we don’t even need to explain this one, obvs it’s part of our process hehe 6. Pinterest Also very self explanatory but we use this like our life depends on it HAHA, if only we could see our Pinterest screen time 👀 We use this in the same way as Instagram really, posting our work and also using it for inspiration of all kinds!!
