Here’s the formula: Glue the edge Align the parts Nail the part to hold it in place while drilling pilot holes Drill the countersunk pilot hole Fire in a screw It’s faster, more precise, and makes much more sense IF you don’t have to hide the fastener. That being said, if you need a hidden fastener, use a pocket hole. Otherwise, save your time

FXR-NUK | taillight . Pretty straight forward, made it so it would fit seamlessly inside the rear fender. The led light is countersunk into the mount. Pocketed the back side so it didn’t feel so chunky. Added a circular toolpath for the surface finish starting at the light and radiating out. Tabbed machined so everything was done in 1 operation | @sandiegocustoms
