sometimes it’s painting, sometimes it’s rearranging, sometimes it’s making something just because i need to get the idea out of my head and see where it goes. i think i’m happiest when i’m creating something

This wall in my balcony was driving me mad, because it’s so windy up here we can’t put up any photos because they fly away. Also, the sun would burn any image anyway. So this all wood hack is the perfect option and keep with our Boho outdoor theme 🌞⚡️

An inflatable cover wouldn’t do the job…
I also couldn’t get the blue elastic cover (which came with the Hottub) over it by myself.
What about a proper hottub cover? Let’s just say that €800 is not exactly cheap for a piece of foam. 💸
So I thought: how hard can it be to make one myself?
A little creativity, some insulation, wood, waterproofing… and a lot of trying, measuring and figuring things out along the way.
Now I get why those proper covers are so expensive. 😂
I wanted a cover that actually keeps the heat in, protects the Hottub, leaves the water clean and even looks good too. So here it is! 🪚✨
Now our guests can keep the hottub warm for another session during their stay.
