Did you know there’s a drive-through safari near DC? 🦒🐐
📍 @novawildzoo in Vienna, VA is such a fun spot to take the kids if they love animals.
Here’s what you’ll find there:
🦓 A drive-through safari where animals roam around your car and you can feed them
🐪 A walk-through zoo with lots of animals to see up close
🦙 Animal encounters + feeding opportunities
It’s the kind of place where kids can learn, explore, and get really close to the animals — which makes the whole experience so exciting for them.
📍 1228 Hunter Mill Rd, Vienna, VA 22182
💡 Pro tip: Grab some animal feed when you get there… the kids will definitely want to feed them!
Save this for your next DMV family adventure 🐾

THE WONDER WESTPORT IS OPEN! And while our fearless leader (and Westport mom of FOUR) @srobs and her pack are the first to party in the space, they will not be the last. COME PLAY!
DMV moms, i can’t recommend @bubbleplanetexperience enough! 🫧
We had the best time exploring and watching our toddlers light up with wonder in every room 🥹 A+ for whimsical vibes! 💫
Highly recommend going with your mom friends for some extra fun, lots of laughs, and building special memories with your little ones 💗✨

This week’s museum visit was a good one 🤍
DMV moms and caregivers if you’re looking for an indoor activity for kids 6 and under, check out the Wegmans Wonderplace inside the National Museum of American History.
It’s designed specifically for younger children and opens at 10am. We arrived at 10:15 and it started getting crowded around 10:40 , so I definitely recommend going early.
Parking was easy to find right across the street from the museum, which made the morning even smoother.
If you have older kids with you, Spark!Lab is right next door and geared more toward them.
I’m sharing the best kid-friendly museum spots in DC so you always have something saved for your next outing.
Follow along for more family-friendly finds in the DMV 🤍
