Have you tried Dominican Sushi!? I love it. The Caribbean twist on a traditional dish is awesome. Rolled in a plantain, it’s so delicious. The sweet and savory just pairs so well.
On Tuesdays, you can try it at @lostresgolpes407 is Downtown Orlando. They are a great late night spot and one of the better restaurants Downtown, in general.
At Los Tres Golpes; they really pride themselves on their Dominican Culture and have brought things to their place like Dominican sodas and alcoholic drinks, as well as Dominican ice cream and popsicles.
Of the sushi, I tried four different rolls. My favorite was mar y tierra (surf and turf) roll. It was just so good. The chimichuriri roll has all@the ingredients of a chimi burger inside the sushi roll. The isla de fuego is great with the mango habanero aioli. El patio has a quail egg on top and I thought that was a great addition. Seriously go try some of these.
New on the menu is their fried shrimp with an incredible mango habanero aioli and their surf and turf fries. They have some legit fries here. Like these are my favorite type.
And of course they have awesome late night eats nightly like their Dominican pizzas made with plantain, homemade empanadas, chimi burgers, chopped cheese, and many other items.
Check this spot out, especially if you’re downtown at night. If you’re looking for something open late, no matter where you are, this is a great option.
