Forced Fun on a Budget: FAIRY DOORS 🧚🏻♀️

To make a fairy door you will need:
Sticks
String
Lollipop sticks
Paint and bits for decorating (beads, glitter etc if you want!)
Glue (we used hot glue but you could also use wood glue or PVA and make a cardboard backing to keep it together)
A little sprinkle of patience
Make your door using the lollipop sticks, decorate and then create a frame using sticks from the garden - this was the trickiest bit in my opinion, you could always just make the doors and not the frames for an easier option 💫
Like most things, you can adapt this so it works for you, your children and the things you have to hand at home, and of course the doors don’t have to be fairy doors, they could be many different kinds of door. Darcie made hers for a frog that lives in the garden which she has named Stewart and Ernie decided his was for hedgehogs (that he’s hoping will magically appear now that they have a door 😅). I think this would be cute to make at Christmas time too for elves, or you could make a little mouse door or tooth fairy door or literally any other kind of door. I could happily list at least 20 adorable doors but you can probably think of your own 🤣

This wasn’t the easiest craft we’ve done this summer but I think it’s my favourite finished results, I just think they’re so a-door-able!! 💖 (sorry that pun was just right there and I couldn’t resist!)
