Does banning really work? Even with Australia’s strict social media restrictions, kids found a workaround in just a few days 😅 The real solution isn’t blocking… 👉 It’s encouraging better habits. I’ve been trying this with Atlas using Dayo. He manages his own screen time and earns small rewards for positive habits 💸 ✔️ Less arguments ✔️ More balance ✔️ Self-managed It’s honestly been a much more stress-free system for us 🙌 If you want to try it 👇 Comment DAYO and I’ll send you a free trial 💌 Don’t forget to use code DAYOAYLIN when signing up ✨ #dayo #screentime #parentinghacks #parentingteens #teenmotivation

Proper grown ups chocolate bar this but a totally nostalgic advert, although I can’t hear this song ever without instantly thinking of Beetlejuice! 🤷🏻‍♂️😆 #cabana #rowntrees #chocolate #80s #90s #tv #ad #tvad #advert #catchy #dayo # classic #nostalgia #beetlejuice #movies #childhoodmemories

Australia tried restricting social media for teens like a punishment… but it only pushed them toward unmoderated apps, and downloads spiked by 340%. That’s why I use Dayo with my daughter, Masal. Instead of punishment, we’ve had so much more success with a reward system. No punishment, no constant policing — just rewards, and the control stays with Masal. 💛 Comment “DAYO” and I’ll DM you a free 1-month code! #dayo #screentime #parentinghacks #parentingteens #teenmotivation

Finally found something that interest Joel! His screen time is a major issue- he’s a teen… I get it. Even with restrictions such as downtime and limitations put in place he would always want more and would get upset when I didn’t give him more screen time. Recently we found #dayo which allows me and Joel to make a deal around his screen time. He gets paid if he follows the restrictions! Tell me what 14-year-old doesn’t want to make 20 + bucks a week? Comment DAYO👇and I’ll send you a free month!!! #dayo #screentime #parentingtips #parentingteens

Sometimes the biggest parenting challenge today is screen time. I love that technology can help our kids learn and stay connected, but it can also be really hard to manage. This tool has helped us create healthier boundaries around screens and make daily routines a little easier at home. And honestly… it gives me peace of mind as a parent. If you want to know how we’re using it, comment INFO and I’ll send you the code DAYOGIZEM in DM. @dayo #dayo #screentime #parentinghacks #parentingtips #parentingteens teenmotivation momlife parentinglife familylife momcreator momcontentcreator digitalparenting raisingkids modernparenting momsofinstagram

It's always special catching up with friends for a meal. So, when @sipping_brisbane travels south, @sensorysavours , @lexosborne and I take the chance to catch up. Dayo, on the Tweed River, is a spectacular place to dine. There are great views across water to bushland, and passing traffic of watercraft and birds is always interesting. Better still, the food at @dayo.tweed piques our interest, with its Asian twist. Each dish has a twist to make it unique, and the drinks and sweets are also worth checking out. Thanks for the lunch, guys. Until next time... . #dayo #tweedcafe #waterview #foodgoldcoast
