Does having a facelift hurt?
What’s the healing process like?
In general, you feel tightness for the first few days and it is uncomfortable. That said, most patients don’t come in after surgery saying they have a lot of pain, mainly that they just have some tightness! As for the healing process, every patient heals differently, but you can all do things that help you heal faster! I usually recommend three weeks before going back into the spotlight and about three months until you’re fully ready to go.

When can you workout following a facelift? 🏃♀️
It depends on the patient! Usually, I recommend short walks for the first week to prevent stiffness, then from two-four weeks you can begin to slightly increase the workload (light cardio, like an elliptical or stationary bike). Strenuous activities and weight-lifting should be avoided for four-six weeks. 💪

Do men get facial rejuvenations?
Yes, actually a lot of my patients are men!
From droopy eyelids and brows to turkey necks or tech neck (which can become more pronounced due to us looking down at our phones so often), men can get great work done that looks natural and turns back the clock 10-20 years!
As for the incisions and scars that a lot of male patients are worried about, I hide them very well so that they are covered perfectly!
