Thai flavours in the sky… Here is everything I ate on this five hour Thai Airways Airbus A330-300 business class flight from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport towards the Middle East. Right after takeoff I was served Thai Airways signature drinks. I tried both the lime juice and the tamarind tea, which were refreshing, bright, and perfectly balanced. Then came the highlight. A beautifully presented tray with more than six different Asian dishes served in small plates. Every bite was full of flavor, texture, and depth. This was easily one of the best business class meals I have had this year, and I have flown a lot. What really made the experience special was the crew. Thai crew are known for their warmth, kindness, and gentle energy, and this flight delivered that once again.
