✨We’ve teamed up with our friends at @purerawjuice to reward and celebrate difference makers in our community! Today, we’re kicking things off with the incredible team at @hardyachtcafe !
.
.
Ever since the Key Bridge collapse in March, the crew at @hardyachtcafe have been working non stop, around the clock (literally 24 hours/7 days a week!) to make sure first responders had somewhere to go for a meal, rest, fuel, and even a shower.
.
.
@iammikeklein sat down with Alex to learn more about everything @hardyachtcafe did and are still doing to keep both first responders and their community supported.
.
.
You can nominate a difference maker in your community by clicking the link in our bio for a chance to have us and @purerawjuice stop by with some goodies to celebrate them!

At my recent keynote with @kemper.insurance, I shared one of the most fundamental truths about high performers: Champions behave like champions before they are champions.
That means putting in the work long before the results show up. It means holding yourself to the highest standards, even when no one is watching. It’s about showing up every single day with the mindset, habits, and actions of a winner—because success isn’t a matter of luck, it’s a matter of preparation.
In sports, in business, and in life, the difference makers are the ones who embrace pressure, push through adversity, and refuse to lower their standards. They don’t wait for a title, a promotion, or recognition to act like champions. They embody it first, and the results follow.
If you’re ready to take your leadership, performance, and culture to the next level, let’s talk. Because champions aren’t made when the lights are on—they’re built in the moments no one sees.
Being a a leader can be lonely and challenging.
I’ve launched a private group for leaders and difference makers.
Group mentorship. Q&A’s.
In person meet ups. Real time insights and advice. Get better together!
Only 100 people. Must apply and be accepted.

No one lives in the constant state of motivation. Difference makers live in a constant state of discipline.
Jesus has been pushed further and further to the margins for quite a while now. He is less welcome in the public square and in the workplace. Well, Christmastime seems to be more pronounced than other seasons. So, here’s my suggestion—let’s not spend our time grumbling and complaining about what is or is not. Let’s decide to be the difference makers. This Christmas, we’re on assignment for Jesus. When we go to work, when we take a walk around the neighborhood, and when we gather with our friends—no matter who has organized the gathering or what the ultimate purpose is—let’s go in with a sense of joy and celebration because we’re celebrating the birth of Jesus.
RIP to the legend, Junior Bridgeman. We had so many great things we were going to do in the Louisville community! My message to all the dreamers and difference makers, whatever you are going to do with your partners, family and friends, do it now. Life is too short, don’t wait! #godstiming
