U.S. Derm vs Korean Derm Rates Viral Skincare Ingredients ✨ I sat down with Dr. Judy Jo to talk through some of the most popular skincare ingredients and get a Korean dermatologist’s perspective. What I loved is that even though we practice in different countries, we actually agreed on a lot. The trends might look different. The packaging might look different. But when it comes down to it, we’re both thinking about the same things. Is it supporting the barrier? Is it calming inflammation? Is it actually doing something meaningful for the skin?
No shortcuts, just consistency!✨ Consistency really changed everything 🤍✨ From 2025 breakouts to 2026 calm, clear skin… this is your reminder that healing takes time — but it works. I’ve been using the Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream, and what makes it different is how thoughtfully it’s formulated: • Niacinamide helps fade dark spots and even out skin tone • Ceramides repair and strengthen the skin barrier (so important after acne!) • Tea tree leaf water targets blemishes while keeping things calm • Heartleaf extract reduces redness and soothes irritation • Evening primrose nourishes and supports long-term skin health. The “345” says it all — 3 blemish-care, 4 nourishing, and 5 soothing ingredients working together for post-acne recovery. It’s lightweight, non-comedogenic, and actually feels like relief on irritated skin. If you’re in your “trusting the process” phase… don’t stop now. Your future skin will thank you 🤍 Comment “consistency” for the 🔗!✨ [acne transformation, real skin results, before and after skincare, acne prone skin routine, skin barrier repair routine, niacinamide for dark spots, ceramide moisturizer benefits, soothing skincare for redness, gentle skincare for sensitive skin, post acne care routine, fade hyperpigmentation fast, calming irritated skin, k beauty skincare routine, lightweight gel moisturizer, non comedogenic skincare, clear skin journey, consistency in skincare, healing acne naturally] #skincareroutine #glowup #acnecream #clearskin
✨ Vitalift-A Forte (0.1% Retinal) A gentle yet powerful cream with 0.1% retinal. Thanks to patented liposome technology, it penetrates deeply to smooth wrinkles, refine texture, and boost collagen — all while staying safe for sensitive skin. ✨ Vitalift-A Fortessimo (0.15% Retinal) A stronger upgrade with 0.15% retinal + retinol, designed to target fine lines, improve elasticity, and deliver faster anti-aging results for those ready to level up. Both creams are impressively effective, offering visibly firmer, smoother, and more lifted skin—with minimal irritation. Forte is a great starting point for retinal newcomers, while Fortessimo is perfect for those ready for a stronger formula to achieve faster and deeper anti-aging results. @drdifferent_global @drdifferent_official @drdifferent_us @adds_brand @dr.different_global #DrDifferent #VitaliftA #NightRoutine #KBeautySkincare #GlassSkinVibes
❤️𝙍𝙀𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙊𝙄𝘿𝙎❤️ Today’s post is on my favorite retinoids! I purposely left out tretinoin (the MVP) as it is only presciption level drug. The recommendations here are all available over the counter without any need for prescription 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝘽𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 🐬Cerave Resurfacing Retinol Serum - I’ve made a full review on it before and I have recommend this to SO MANY friends that were just starting their retinoid journey. It is a really gentle retinol that doesn’t cause too much irritation BUT its still effective at fading hyperpigmentation and making your pores and skin texture more refined. It results does plateau after a while so that’s a a sign to move onto high % retinoids. 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝘽𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙨 🐼Mian Retinal Neon Serum - I worked with them on an advert previously but I still stand by this. ITS SO GOOD. When I was testing this, I had the clearest skin for the first time in forever. It’s gentle (still need to start slow tho), pretty moisturising, and it REALLY packs a punch for those seeking a reduction in breakouts. Recommend it if you’re based in SG. If you’re not in SG, I recommend the next one. 🎈Dr Different Vitalift-A - I talked about this for a LONG TIME. Its hands down my favorite and is SUPER effective at doing what ever the Mian Skin did. It gave me super clear skin, and made my skin so smooth and glowy. The difference is that it helps to reduce those under the skin bumps and texture. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙐𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙨 🍷Dr Different Vitalift-A Forte - This is for those that are REALLY experienced but still cannot tolerate tretinoin or don’t wanna make the switch yet. Not gonna lie - its strong and will dry out your skin and cause some irritation initially. But if you survive that, it’s gonna give you the smoothest and glowiest skin ever. My mom loves this as it makes a huge difference to her fine lines and wrinkles. She finds that her skin elasticity feels way better and her pores looks so much smaller. I personally don’t use this cos its too strong for me at this point.
Дуже круті і вигідні по об’єму відновлюючі кремчики від Dr.Different 🤌🏻 Обидва на ламелярній емульсії, тому прекрасно відновлюють шкіру 311 крем — для схильної до сухості і нормальної шкіри. Your Brain Changes With Screen Time. In this reel, Dr. Aakaar explains how excessive phone use may affect focus, impulse control, and mental patterns. Short, intentional use for work, learning, or communication is usually different. The bigger issue is endless passive scrolling and constant notifications without breaks. Over time, that can train the brain to seek stimulation and struggle with focus. The phone isn’t always the problem. How you use it is. (screen time, phone addiction, brain health, dopamine, focus problems, digital wellness, mental health, productivity)

Friend update! Just look at her eyes. Look how alert she is now. This is a completely different bunny than the one who came in. Friend had another debriding and thorough ear cleaning with Dr. Trickel today. She is looking SO good. Truly. The whole team is impressed with how she’s responding. She’s still very thin and tiny, so we’re not putting her under anesthesia yet. Right now the priority is building her strength safely and letting her body continue to stabilize. The frostbitten portions of her ears will be allowed to separate and fall away naturally for now - carefully monitored every step of the way. She has a long road ahead, but she is fighting. And she looks brighter every single day. Keep rooting for her. She feels it.
A few weeks ago Hannah tried a bottle of @drpepper and liked it. This time she decided to get a Dr. Pepper with her happy meal at @mcdonalds. She normally only drinks water so this was awesome that she wanted to try it in a different form. She prefers the bottle over the fountain drink but now wants to try it in a can. What’s your favorite way to drink soda? Bottle? Can? Or fountain drink? @michelledorit
What happens when the lower back gets “jammed”? 👀 In this video, Dr. Victoria is checking this patient’s quad muscles with and without gravity to see how the nervous system is responding. Testing muscles in different positions can give us important clues about how the spine is functioning. When she noticed the low back was jammed, she made a specific correction to help restore proper motion and then re-tested the muscle with gravity to see how the body responded. The difference tells the story. This is Part 1 of a 4-part series where we’ll walk you through this patient’s adjustment step-by-step and show how the body responds along the way. Stay tuned for Part 2 👀 #chiropractor #cantonohio #chiropracticadjustments #feelbetternaturally #cantonwellness
