All through February, I hosted a drawing challenge. Each day offered a new prompt designed to help us notice and reflect on what’s ours. Sort of like a month-long self portrait. We drew favorite heirlooms, most worn jeans, and beloved books, along with the less tangible things like our biggest accomplishments, allergies and other annoying ailments, anxious feelings, even our own eyes and hands that let us see and create. It was incredibly rewarding and so much fun. Day 1: Apple I know, I know, it's a drawing challenge... This might just be the only one I will post, I just for whatever reason wanted to post something. My kids did do a drawing though, hence it got me to take out my phone to record something. I'm taking the 'just start' approach here and see if this gets me in a momentum. Pondering drawing even.. so just putting this out there. Debated to just share these as stories instead of reels.. I don't know. Anyways, still here.
