Gave the Absylon Amp Sim from @auroradsp a little test run on my new @schecterguitarsofficial Banshee Mach 7. Paired it with @ggd.co’s Contender IR’s (of course) & it did not disappoint.
Again, just like the Kobra Amp Sim it’s a very bare bones / plug & play type amp sim. If you’re like me & get option paralysis & get caught up tweaking settings or exploring every little nook & cranny of an amp sim to never actually get to the writing part…then I think this could solve those problems.
Even with its simple UI it packs quite a punch & delivers some big tones with a few quick setting adjustments. I can absolutely see myself using this a lot on tour for quick little writing sessions wherever I can post up.
