🏈 Insane Milestone Alert! 🚀 I’m beyond thrilled that yesterday we were able to announce that EA Carts has now partnered with the Indianapolis Colts! This partnership is a huge win for EA Carts and a personal accomplishment. Growing up watching the Colts and now partnering with them is surreal! This journey has taught me vital lessons: if you want more out of career, don’t quit, or be upset you not made it yet, Here’s my POV: 1. Don’t Quit: Start a side hustle to get things moving. 2. MOST IMPORTANT: This accomplishment is proof you’re right where you’re supposed to be. Focus on learning from your current job, whether it pays $10 or $300k a year. Every role teaches valuable skills—dealing with people, managing inventory, customer service, or in my case, networking and building relationships. My time at Pepsi, where I took on a Director of Foodservice role with no experience, was crucial. Thank you, Lauren Libby, for that shot. This led me to Chris Ryan at the Bengals, who taught me sports marketing. John Markiewicz from Gensco guided me through sports deal negotiations, and Andy Schwartz, whom I met through our daughters’ school, was key to our Colts partnership. These networks and relationships brought me to this point where EA Carts is proudly partnered with one of the greatest sports organizations. This shows the importance of learning and growing in every job. Huge thanks to my team and family! Grant, Conlan, and Danny, you guys kick ass—LFG! John B and Macy Toyer, handling web development and social media. I push my team hard because I know their potential. This is just the beginning.
