India drifting beneath the ISS from just 70 km above Earth. 🇮🇳🌍 I built this shot as one slow, continuous flyover so the scale of the country does all the work.
One continent slowly moves toward another continent that remains completely still. As the moving continent reaches its target, the two landmasses collide with tremendous force. A massive rumbling echoes across the Earth as the ocean begins to surge and shake. The collision fractures and compresses the crust, slowly forcing the land upward until a vast new mountain range rises from the impact zone. #ContinentalCollision #TectonicPlates #EarthScience #MountainFormation #Geology
Zameen Ke Andar Kitni Garmi Hai?! 🌋🔥 Mind-Blowing Earth Core Fact! 💥 Jitna Gehra Khodoge... Utna Hi Khatarnak Aag Ka Tufan Milega! 😱🔥 . . . Earth ke andar ki duniya science ki sabse badi mystery hai! 🌐⚡ Jab insaan zameen ke andar deep drilling machine se khudai (digging) karta hai, toh jaise-jaise machine neche jati hai, temperature itna high ho jata hai ki sab kuch pighalna shuru ho jata hai! 🌋🔥 Earth ki internal heat aur molten magma/lava itna extreme hota hai ki badi se badi heavy machines aur drilling tools bhi aag ke shole aur extreme heat ki wajah se blasting speed mein jal kar khak ho jate hain! 💥🚜 Is 3D animation visual mein dekhiye ki Earth ke core ke paas temperature kitna extreme aur deadly hota hai! 🔥✨ Kya aapko pata hai Earth ke center ka temperature kitna hota hai? An asteroid is heading straight toward Earth… but then something starts pulling it away. What the asteroid doesn’t realize is that Jupiter is nearby. With a mass about 318 times that of Earth, Jupiter has an enormous gravitational influence on objects passing through the Solar System. Its gravity can change the paths of asteroids and comets, sometimes capturing them or sending them onto completely different trajectories. So, did Jupiter just save Earth? ☄️ Not exactly. Jupiter can also redirect some objects toward the inner Solar System. But its gravity definitely plays a major role in shaping the paths of objects around us. #jupiter #asteroid #earth #space #astronomy #solarsystem #science #cosmos #universe #spacefacts #astronomyfacts #reels #sciencefacts #cosmic

Watch an 82% Earth-like world scientists flagged as possibly better for life than Earth Take a closer look at KOI-5715.01, a planet candidate spotted by NASA's Kepler telescope. In 2020 a team of researchers named it one of 24 "superhabitable" candidates, worlds that could in theory be even friendlier to life than Earth. It scores 82% on the Earth Similarity Index. In this simulation it has 3.9 times Earth's mass, yet the surface gravity is only 1.05G, so you would weigh almost the same as at home. The air holds oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapour at 1.4 times Earth's pressure. Lakes of liquid water are spread across the surface, and the average temperature is 16.23°C, just about one degree warmer than Earth. About the data: KOI-5715.01 is still a candidate, not a confirmed planet, so its existence has not been fully verified. The "superhabitable" label comes from a 2020 study (Schulze-Makuch et al., Astrobiology) and is a ranking of potential, not evidence of life. The atmosphere, temperature, lakes and life shown here are SpaceEngine's simulation. SpaceEngine also lists an age of about 12 billion years, which conflicts with published estimates of roughly 5.5 billion years for its star, so treat the simulated values as illustrations, not measurements. Explore the universe with Cosmos Updates, closer to distant planets, moons, stars and galaxies than ever before. Visualised in SpaceEngine. The Amazon holds an estimated 10% of all known species on Earth — inside a single connected ecosystem spanning nine countries. Brazil contains roughly 60% of it, but Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana all share a piece of it too. Scientists still discover new species there every year, and large sections remain so remote that researchers believe entire species groups haven’t even been catalogued yet. It’s one of the last places on Earth where the map still has genuine gaps in our knowledge. 🌳 Image credit: @dailyoverview @overview #amazonrainforest #geography #amazon

The planet that changed the search for another Earth. 🌍 Kepler-186 f was the first Earth-sized planet discovered inside the habitable zone of another star. It is about 17% larger than Earth and has a 129.9-day year. But at 579 light-years away, its atmosphere and surface remain a mystery. Visual shown as an artist’s concept.
