When you carry the light, there will always be “something” that will go through all kind of efforts to drop and stop you from achieving your life’s purpose. It will run through your loved ones, most especially those who are vulnerable by the state of confusion, fear, and concern. This is normal. When you are seeking to make a BIG jump, take notes of the things that will try to stop your move. When we notice this, be sure not to point the finger at the person. They are only susceptible and not at fault . In fact, call in your higher power to intervene and transmute. In the name of God, send them love. Most importantly, do not drop the ball. You will have to go through the entire cycle again and again until the template is complete. The dust always settle and the storm will seize. There’s nothing better than the warmth of the Sun after the rain. May the Most High radiate through you. And never give up, if rough diamond stones would give up during their refinery stages where they undergo the highest heat (700 degrees Celsius) we would never have know the diamonds 💎 💍 we so much love and adore! AD | REMOVE ALL LIMITS FROM EXERCISE We all know I’m passionate about loving exercise for the fun and joy that it can be and whether I’m running, throwing or playing squash, The Sky Is The Limit when I wear my @elomilingerie ‘s Energise sports bra! It keep my boobies really supported and sunggly. If you want to start loving exercise in 2022, here are ways you are limiting yourself:   💪🏽WORKOUT LENGTHS: I used to believe unless I worked out for a minimum of an hour that it was a waste of time and wasn’t enough 💪🏽SWEAT LEVELS: Unless I was sweating, my workout wasn’t hard enough 💪🏽CALORIES BURNT: After all, if the only reason to workout is weight loss, it’s not a far jump for it to become compensation for what you eat 💪🏽 INTENSITY LEVELS: In the diet culture world, only the high intensity bootcamps were legitimised so you can forget anything calm, gentle or relaxing 💪🏽ONLY THE GYM COUNTED: Forget if I spent the whole day walking, forget if I had played tennis, squash and gone for a swim 💪🏽 HATRED LEVELS: Yes, I genuinely thought the more I hated a workout, the more it was working. Bonkers, honestly. 💪🏽 DOMS THE NEXT DAY: Delayed onset muscle soreness is a normal side effect when you workout but the way I used it was very aligned with seeing exercise still as a punishment   Once I unlearned all of this and went back to enjoying movement the way I did as a child when I rode my bike and danced in the kitchen, I was able to embrace moving my body in a way that I loved and enjoyed. I love that @elomilingerie are encouraging people to feel confident in their workout and that the Sky is The Limit. I couldn’t agree more!
