On the way to the emergency vet right now!!! I haven’t even eaten today. I’m so sick to my stomach. I really could use some good news 🙏
Home from the Emergency vet!
As we shared last week, Hank was busted out of the emergency vet and is now with an awesome medical foster.
Handsome Hank is our highlight for today's Wheelin' Wednesday.
Here he is on a morning wagon ride with his loving and devoted foster. Wheelin around the neighborhood in the early hours, listening to the birds chirping and taking it all in.
Look at that sweet face! All of Hank’s supporters are making this second chance and morning wagon ride possible.

Work week outfit ➡️ weekend outfit…
Wait, is that the same thing? 👀
That’s what happens when you love what you do at an emergency vet that’s open 24/7—even on weekends and holidays! 🐾❤️
(And don’t worry—our VEGgies get their well-deserved days off. But our hospitals? Always here when pets need us!)
This is Raja! She’s had a few visits to the emergency vet lately, so we moved up her session to make sure they could have this time together.
You’ll be able to read more about Raja in our next volume of Tails of Gratitude, but don’t wait to have this experience with your pets. Life will always be busy and our pets never live as long as we want them to.
Our founder & Chief Veterinary Officer Dr. Tory has seen some crazy things working as an emergency vet. Find out what she deems the craziest of them all. 😳 📲 (link in bio)

It’s like he knows when I’m planning to leave him. To the emergency vet we go… again 😭😭
Morgoth catching some rays in the park today like we weren’t at the emergency vet at 3am for *checks notes* being cold….. 🙄☀️🐰
then after you take them to the emergency vet all of a sudden they’re perfectly fine 🤦🏻♀️😂
Hosting a party today? Keep a close eye on your dog! Alcoholic drinks and some human foods, like onions, grapes, and processed meats can harm dogs.
Additionally, pets see more patients for pancreatitis, severe gastrointestinal distress, and ingestion of foreign bodies like bones during the summer and holiday seasons than at any other time of the year.
The easiest way to avoid a trip to the emergency vet is to secure your trash can and keep unsafe foods and drinks out of reach. Learn more about keeping your dog safe today and all summer long by tapping the link in our bio.
#ad These were a crazy few weeks. Throwback to last year when Stanley, of course, ate something he shouldn’t have and we had to rush him to the emergency vet to make sure everything was okay.
However, unplanned expenses not too long after the holidays are extremely challenging.
Luckily, I remembered our vet takes the @CareCredit credit card! While we waited for the vet, I hopped on my phone, completed a quick application and I had a temporary card on my phone to use for our visit within minutes.
Stanley is feeling fine and now we are less stressed about paying off his visit. If you are looking for a quick, convenient means to pay for those unexpected vet visits, be sure to see if you prequalify for the CareCredit credit card today!

Arrived early morning Saturday from going to Emergency Vet.. owner didn’t understand why they kept aspirating. The “Vet” didn’t even diagnose him correctly! As soon as I picked up the puppy I could feel it! Pectus Excavatum!! AKA Flat Chest! Boom 💥 into the brace immediately, just took it off him, we have had no aspiration, and about another week with the brace and he will be 100 better!
I never had to tube feed him 1 time as soon as the brace was on I started working to get him to use those legs. He’s a little wobbly but is making his way around that incubator now!
