The more the company demanded productivity the more the wellness performance the more the practioner were hired to provide us with relieve. I even fell into that belief. Thinking that bringing healing and wellness to our jobs was something good for the employees. When in reality it was a bandaid to a bigger wound., The wound of productivity, constant improvement. It wasn’t until I started my own healing journey that I realize how much my work environment was the culprit of my work. If a company needed to bring wellness to employees, ask yourself what’s in it for them. And what’s happening to you? Pay attention! WITH 💛 H
