Watching Mollie work so hard to conquer the monkey bars reminds me so much of building a business. For years, shes been trying to make it across—falling down, but always getting back up. She never gave up, even when it felt impossible. She was determined to keep practicing. And then, one day, she did it. She made it across. The look of pride on her face was priceless. That’s the same feeling you get when you finally achieve something you’ve worked on for years. The truth is, in business, you’re going to fall. A lot. But the key is to keep showing up, keep trying, and never give up. Because when you finally reach your goal, it’s so worth it. Let Mollie be your reminder that there’s no such thing as an overnight success. Most success is years in the making with lots of work and practice behind the scenes. Happy National Boss Day to all of the @entreprenistas! 👑 💪 As Entreprenistas, we celebrate the courage and excitement of choosing to be our own bosses, especially as women creating our own paths to success. Reflecting on our journey, I’m filled with gratitude for the supportive community we’ve surrounded ourselves with which that has been key to our achievements. 12 years ago, @courtspritzer and I started our incredible journey to start @socialfly. We were in our mid-20s, full of determination and resilience, ready to tackle the unknown. We knew we needed guidance, so we sought advice from other business owners and immersed ourselves in networking events across NYC. While we excelled at creating social media strategies, we quickly learned that being your own boss and leading a company requires a lot more. Through it all, having someone to lean on made all the difference. When @courtspritzer and I faced uncertainty, it was the community around us that empowered us to overcome obstacles. Three years ago, we launched The @entreprenistaleague to provide other business owners and founders with the best tools and support that made all the difference when we decided to become our own bosses.
