Their record label marketed them as “glam-metal” rather than the power pop rock stylings of The Beatles, Cheap Trick and The Smithereens. The band is still touring and recording new music today. Ween performed "Push th' Little Daisies" live at MTV Spring Break in Daytona Beach, Florida, on March 14, 1993. The performance is well-known for the band's awkward interaction with the crowd and is frequently cited as a memorable 1990s MTV moment.
The band later described the experience as highly uncomfortable, citing "mutual hatred" between them and the beach crowd. The show also featured performances around that time, including appearances by Vince Neil and Pauly Shore.
"Push th' Little Daisies" by the alternative rock band Ween, was released in 1992 on their album Pure Guava, it is known for its quirky, helium-aided vocals, distorted guitar, and, for many, a deliberately annoying yet catchy sound.
