❄️ 2 years ago, none of us knew how to snowboard 😂. (except Aaron self-taught during college) The beautiful thing about being at rock bottom is that you have no where to go but up! We all fell flat on our bums + faces 100’s of times each day on the slopes. And I had just as many cuss words mumbled under my breath😅. Each of us had a good cry at some point (except Aaron, again lol). The cool thing about not giving up was expanding past our edges to find parts of us we didn’t know existed. I realized how big of an inspiration my kids can be to me if I can slow down to watch. How resilient they were if giving up wasn’t on the table. How powerful we are to climb mountains and get up EVERY TIME we fall. (At the end of this trip, we’ve spent 12 days total snowboarding on the mountain :)) We loved that each day came to an end only to begin and end again. Life is a gift of never-endings 🫶🏻 Another chance to wake up and try again. To love who I am and those I love a little more than the day before. A gift to expand past our edges, curious to see if we’ll like what we find. We all have this gift from life. Allow the struggle and rise up. try again. don’t give up 🤍

Because of its high altitude, Breckenridge is one of the first ski resorts to open for the season and we’ve loved going right before Thanksgiving the last few years. As you guys know, we love to ski and snowboard as a family! 🎿⛷️And this year we decided to get the @epicpass! Our Epic Pass allows us to get unlimited and unrestricted access to 41 premier ski resorts worldwide. Since we usually visit our fav places like Vail, Park City and Mount Snow in Vermont, it was a no brainer. Our recent trip to Mount Snow was the first time we used our passes this year, and definitely not the last. Mount Snow is four hours from the city and they have some of the best accommodations and slopes on the east coast. Using our Epic Passes, we received 20% off things like lodging, on-mountain food and beverages, equipment to rent, ski lessons and so much more. The best part is that you can ski 1-7 days at top resorts with up to 65% savings compared to other lift ticket prices! With it being far into the winter season, passes are limited.
