The Shirley Chisholm building recently opened, yet many people from the community weren’t even aware or invited to the grand opening! And here’s the uncomfortable part: sometimes the people moving into a neighborhood become uncomfortable around the very people who have lived there for years. I’ve lived in Flatbush.
