Got hit and run in Santa Ana off the 22 freeway exit harbor blvd around 3:30pm today ..if anyone knows this PoS driver she was early 20s brown hair with blonde highlights .. be careful ..I had my kids in the car so I decided to stop chasing .. if you have info please contact me … yes I’m pressing charges .
