Here’s me devouring and comparing the delicious fried chicken! I compared these before reading about them and before knowing this is something people like to do. I should’ve compared them blindly, though! -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-. DEETS 📍 Osaka, Hiroshima, Tokyo locations • Japan 🐓 Family Mart: Fami-Chiki: Deep-fried, Battered boneless breaded chicken. MY FAVE of the bunch. SoOoOo crispy and juicy. Apparently it is popular with locals, too. It’s so popular, Family Marr sells the oil it’s fried in and potato chips flavored like it. There’s Famichiki, Crispy Chicken (Original, Cheese, Korean, Soy Sauce and Habenero Hot), Chicken Tsukene skewers, and Charcoal-grilled variations. You can even upgrade the Chicken to a Burger. 🐓 7-Eleven: Nana-Chiki: 7 Chicken: Deep-fried boneless breaded chicken with apparently 11 spices! Not as breaded and more like a chicken steak. The karaage is so juicy I don’t mind that it’s softer than the crispier competitors. (PS: 7-11 also has good Chicken Katsu sandwich and the Shrimp Cutlet sandwich…maybe even more than the Ebi Filet-O at McDonald’s Japan.) 🐓 Lawson’s: Eru-Chiki: L Chicken: Cooked on site.
