NO ONE IS SAFE 💀 I was talking to a hiring manager the other day. He said something that honestly would annoy off a lot of new graduates. “Half the stuff we used to give grads… AI does it now.” Research. Reports. Coding snippets. Slide decks. All the boring entry-level stuff grads used to spend their first 2 years doing? That’s now a prompt. Which means something nobody at university is really saying out loud. A lot of graduates today… don’t actually do anything special anymore. You have got a degree. But so do 10,000+ other people. And now they’ve all got the same AI tools as you. So if your entire value is: “Give me a task and I’ll try figure it out…” You’re replaceable unless you have specialist skills. And here’s the funny part. Some think the hard part is getting the job (which is in this job market) But no.. The hard part is not becoming useless once you’re in it. So ask yourself what do you do differently? Why do you stand out? Do you have a specialist skill(s)? What makes you unique from a million resumes and cover letters. DM and we can figure it out 💪
