Copycat Flower Child Red Chile Glazed Sweet Potatoes 🍠 🌶️

@aeshiadevorebranch is hooked on this dish and often orders it with salmon, roasted Brussels sprouts, and smashed avocado 🤤 IYKYK! But the sweet potatoes always steal the show, so when she discovered that she could make these bad boys at home with just four ingredients, I had to give it a try.

What you need ⬇️
1️⃣ 3 large Sweet Potatoes, cubed and dry roasted at 450 degrees for 25-30 minutes
2️⃣ 1 cup Organic Honey Soy Ginger Marinade
3️⃣ 2 Bok Choy, julienned
4️⃣ Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)

we tried the dark chocolate pudding at Flower Child and my girls have not stopped talking about it… so i made a dairy-free version at home and y’all…🤤🤤🤤
it’s rich, chocolatey, and made with real ingredients instead of the boxed stuff
we topped ours with coco whip + sprinkles and the girls were sold! served it in our new @elloproducts

recipe below👇🏽
🍫DAIRY-FREE DARK CHOCOLATE PUDDING🤎
-1 cup coconut cream (unsweetened)
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-pinch of salt
-2 oz dark chocolate
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/3 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup cornstarch
do this:
▶️in a bowl, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, and cornstarch until completely smooth (don’t skip this step!)
▶️in a saucepan over medium heat, add coconut cream + maple syrup and warm it up
▶️pour in your cocoa mixture and continue whisking
add dark chocolate, vanilla, and salt
▶️keep stirring until it thickens into a pudding consistency
▶️remove from heat, let cool slightly, then refrigerate until set
top with coco whip + sprinkles and enjoy🤎
