Today we welcomed Fly Pole to The Pole Fit Studio. Wow! What a fun and challenging afternoon and I think the hardest piece of aerial apparatus the instructors have ever trained! So physically hard and mentally demanding not to feel like you are going to plummet to the floor!😂 Which brave polers amongst you fancies giving it a go?

Fresh air. A breeze. Standing in a moving river with a fly pole. 🎣   Watching a sunset over the mountains. ⛺Sleeping in a tent. S’MORES! The outdoors aren’t for everyone, but if you’re still reading this, they’re probably for you! 😄   What is it about nature that can make the world feel okay again? Why do worries and anxious thoughts flow away when a Copper John is on the end of a fly line? Could it be that, for some of us, creation makes us feel closest to our Creator? Is there something that’s, well, just 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 about being outside?    If you’re one of those people that comes to life when you’re surrounded by trees, mountains, or trout... this prayer is for you.    𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 “In his hand are the depths of the earth,     and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it,     and his hands formed the dry land” (Psalm 95:4-5).   𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 Creator God, at the beginning of time, your voice brought light into the darkness. Your hands shaped dry land. Your creativity exploded in colors, shapes, and smells. Your breath brought life to all creatures. As I step outside, may I discover the light of your presence, hear your purpose-giving voice of direction, and be amazed and inspired by your creativity. And as I breathe in fresh air, may you fill me with the breath of your Spirit who brings me true peace, rest, and strength. Amen.
