At Fire Station 17 in #CityHeights, @bomberosdesandiego and community partners helped deliver 300 holiday meals to families in need. This is what public service looks like, and I’m grateful for our San Diego Fire-Rescue Department firefighters and volunteers who make it happen every year.

Today’s holiday distribution provided full holiday meals to neighbors identified through local schools, made possible through volunteer power, fundraising, and community partnerships.

Krafttraining für eine optisch schlanke Taille? GEHT DAS? 👀Eine schlanke “Mitte” ist natürlich auch größtenteils von deinem genetischen Körperbau abhängig und auch dein Körperfettanteil spielt hier eine wichtige Rolle! 🙌🏼
Krafttraining kann den Körper allerdings richtig gut formen und eure Taille optisch schmaler wirken lassen! Seitdem ich regelmäßig Kraftsport mache, ist nicht nur mein Booty größer (& straffer 💥) geworden, sondern auch mein Rücken ist mittlerweile viel definierter. Meine Taille ist vom Umfang zwar nicht schmaler geworden, wirkt aber um einiges schlanker durch den definierten Rücken und Po! 💪🏽
Also: worauf wartest du noch? Ab ins @fitx und baue unbedingt meine Lieblingsübungen mit in deinen Trainingsplan ein - für einen definierten Rücken und einen runden Booty 🔥🧡!
