[AD] we were invited to visit @guadalupesgrill this past week to try out some menu items. We were greeted smiles from our friend @brettgauger and the staff behind the counter making the *magic* For those that don’t know, Guadalupe’s has been a staple in the Fort Wayne area for quite some time. They have grown to now 5 storefronts with continued growth to the surrounding areas. The thing that is special about Guadalupe’s is that this not only is this place local to fort wayne, but they slso ensure that everything is made fresh on sight. That’s right, everything is made there.. that pineapple aqua fresca? Those pineapples are juiced here. The lettuce? All chopped behind the counter. The meat? All cooked there on site. Never frozen, never microwaved, just pure quality over here. They have endless options and are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten friendly. Something for everyone. Not to mention the prices are so reasonable for the amount of food you get. Literally one meal fed me for 3 days. The staff was incredibly friendly, which means a lot bc I took my crazy kids with me, and they didn’t mind one bit. Everyone loved it, my personal favorite was the sweet Barbacoa, a special that they have right now. My husband even said it was better than hothead, and that means a lot coming from him. Trust me (iykyk). Here’s what we got: 🌮 tacos 🧀 nachos 🥗 burrito bowl 🌯 burrito (this thing was so insanely big lol) 🍚 rice 🫘 pinto beans 🍍 pineapple agua Fresca 🥤 Jarritos (guava and orange) - fun fact, they have all of the flavors available here! They also have housemade hot sauce you can buy, you can order at your convenience online, and they have a stellar family meal deal right now!! They have beer from @hopriverbrewing along with WINE SLUSHIES to pair with your meal, if that’s your thing. And tbh - there is honestly no better day than today to order something from them. Hot and ready in no time, you can enjoy your burrito during this incredibly gloomy day 😂 Special thanks to Brett and John! We’re so glad we got to see I Can Only Imagine 2 at our favorite movie theatre in Fort Wayne, the Regal at Coldwater Crossing. Thanks, Nick for another great experience! Many years ago (ahem like over 10), we were just starting out in media and an amazing singer named Tim Timmons gave us a chance, specifically me (Jenni). At the time, I was about 17 and still so unsure of myself and shy. Timmy T saw me and talked with me and made me feel like I could make something of myself in the media industry. He may not remember any of that, but I sure do. He made a lasting impact on my life and I’m so grateful! There are 30+ games to choose from and play on the simulators which are designed for all ages and skill levels. Baseball, dodgeball, mini golf, soccer, corn hole, football, and so much more! There are 8 simulator bays which are $60/hour to rent. Walk ins are welcome, but making a reservation is suggested as they fill up quickly especially on the weekends. You can order food and drinks while you play and enjoy appetizers or a full meal! Our food was delicious (forgot to capture it because of kids😅) but we loved everything we had!
